OUR FOUNDER
KEYLA

Previously, Keyla worked at The Future Project, a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals—especially young people—to realize their potential and make a meaningful impact in their communities. With a mission to inspire, equip, and connect young people with the resources they need to discover their power, The Future Project cultivates leaders committed to building a brighter future. During her time there, Keyla gained invaluable experience in fostering leadership, activism, and community engagement, deepening her understanding of the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities.
With over a decade of experience working with students, Keyla is passionate about helping youth lift others as they climb, instilling in them the importance of community and mutual support. As a proud advocate for public schools and a product of the same, she is deeply dedicated to serving students from communities like her own, creating programs and opportunities that reflect the power of collective growth.
